Vaccinations are a vital part of the TNVR process. Village Trappers provides rabies and FVRCP shots during surgery—rabies vaccination helps meet public health requirements, while the FVRCP vaccine (Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, and Panleukopenia) shields cats from three highly contagious and potentially deadly diseases. To further boost their health, our program also commonly includes deworming, eliminating internal parasites that can cause illness, discomfort, and weight loss. By combining vaccinations and deworming with spay or neuter surgery, we give each cat a healthier start, reduce the spread of disease and parasites, and create a safer, more compassionate community for all animals.
